We love to amaze people, and that's just what we do when one of our custom signs becomes the eye-catching centerpiece on the front of a retail store, or an icon at a major University for examples. Or when a custom gate we fabricated is the awe-inspiring entrance to one of the most beautiful mountain ranches in the western U.S.

Stainless steel, brass, bronze, copper, aluminum, steel, or a combination of these is what we use as our medium, and your artistic idea is the goal we will obtain.

Steel, stainless steel, brass, wood, and granite make up this sign designed by Place Architects of Bozeman, MT. We plasma cut the cupola logo and "MSU" letters out of brass, and screwed them to stainless steel (then TIG welded and ground them smooth). The powder coated steel is a beautiful teal and is accented by the wood sign, wood infill behind the "BOZEMAN", and the bronze tubes under the split granite boulders. Rodney Hobaugh Construction of Bozeman, MT was the installation contractor.

Designed by the owner, New West Advertising of Bozeman, MT, this all-steel 3-D sign shows our ability to shape cut using our plasma pantograph from the CADD drawing this customer provided to us. The white base is 2 steel pipes with sheet metal welded and body-putty finished. The "West" name is plasma cut out of plate in such a way that it looks like the stroke of a paint brush.

Capabilities

We can shape-cut right from your computer drawing, or we can scan you logo or image and cut it out of steel, brass, stainless steel, etc. at any size you wish. With our full line machine shop, and steel fabrication shop, your idea can be made a reality.

Our Esab Sabre 2000 Plasma and Oxy-Fuel Pantograph Shape Cutter. Handles 10 ft. x 20 ft. sheets of steel, aluminum, stainless, copper, etc. and features a water table with an internal baffle for reducing heat distortion and deburing time. It is connected to our AutoCadd system via. fiber-optic cables for parts picking and nesting.
