Capabilities

Midwest Steel Industries, Inc. has been servicing customers for a lot of years. Part of that service is obtaining and maintaining manufacturing equipment capable of producing the goods and services to the highest quality and quickest time. We have been labeled as the most progressive and aggressive Steel Fabricator in the region. We are capable of producing about 800 labor hours per week, and up to 100 tons per week.

We operate on a 5 acre site with nearly 15,000 sq. ft. of climate controlled office, storage and fabrication facilities.

WELLS Band Saw (angle ability) with power feed conveyors. 36" capacity.
ESAB SABRE 2000-10 Gantry Shape Cutting Machine with single plasma cutting torch 1-1/4" material thickness capacity, dual oxy-fuel torches 6" material thickness capacity, Vision 2000 CNC control with fiber-optic link to CAD/CAM WinUDL programming software and 11’-10" wide X 21’-10" long water table (with baffle).
15 semi-automatic GMAW welding machines, 3 SMAW welding machines
HYPERTHERM 150v 80amp 80% duty cycle hand held plasma cutting torch ½" mild steel maximum
cutting thickness.
Hammerle Press Brake 210 ton 14'-0 bed.
DORINGER D350 14" Cold Saw - 4" bar stock cutting capacity
